1. Refund Eligibility
At Pixel®Cables, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service not delivered as described
- Cancellation of service within the specified period
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered or partially used
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Customized or personalized services/products
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order details (transaction ID, date, amount)
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For Razorpay payments:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect
- Net Banking: 1-3 business days
- UPI: Instant to 24 hours
- Wallet: Instant to 24 hours
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Pixel®Cables.
6. Cancellation Policy
Services can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, unless the service has already been initiated.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly for any issues before initiating chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Exceptions
Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Pixel®Cables management.
